The same protection as on the web
Bank statements and payroll documents deserve the same care on a phone as on a computer.
- Your session is kept in the phone’s secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore)
- Optional app lock with Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint
- The same permissions as on the web: staff see only the clients they are allowed to see, and firms stay strictly separated
- Files are streamed over HTTPS, and only after an authorization check
- Documents you opened are removed from the phone when you sign out
- Signing out also removes the device from notifications

The app speaks the same 12 languages as the website, so every client can use it in their own language.
Questions about the app
Where can I download the app?
The app is on its way to the App Store and Google Play. As soon as it is published in a store, the download button appears on this page. Until then, MonthDocs works in the browser on any phone.
Do clients need a password?
No. Clients sign in with a 6-digit code sent to their e-mail address. There is no password to remember.
Can accountants do everything in the app?
Yes. Everything you can do on the web, you can do on your phone, and your work stays in sync between both: clients, document checklists, periods, reminder settings, team and invitations, firm settings, the activity log, export, and your profile, password and two-factor setup.
What happens to documents on my phone when I sign out?
Documents you opened in the app are removed from the phone, and the device no longer receives notifications.
Which languages does the app support?
The same 12 languages as the website: English, Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian, Russian, German, Polish, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese and Dutch.
